Charles, the dynamic founder and Managing Director of Trekking in Nepal & Tibet P. Ltd. With an extensive decade-long tenure in the Tourism Industry, Charles embodies a wealth of experience and expertise.
His journey in hospitality commenced in 2012 at Yala Adventure, where his passion for the industry blossomed. From 2014 to 2016, he further honed his skills at Samsara Resort (Hotel), followed by a significant role as the web Manager at Balthali Eco Hill Resort in 2015 and 2016. Through these roles, Charles amassed invaluable insights, refining his understanding of the industry’s nuances and customer expectations.
Armed with a Master’s degree in International Trade from China and certified tourist guide training from Nathm, Charles is equipped with a comprehensive academic foundation complemented by hands-on experience. This unique blend enables him to curate exceptional travel experiences and offer unparalleled insights into the intricacies of tourism.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charles is renowned for his friendly disposition and prowess in Table Tennis. His approachability and multifaceted skills add a personal touch to his leadership style, fostering an environment of camaraderie and excellence within the organization.

Umesh Khatri oversees tours and trekking management and finance planning for Trekking in Nepal and Tibet P. Ltd. Umesh possesses strong interpersonal skills, valuable communication skills and operations management experience in the research , corporate, education, tourism and social services sectors. Umesh holds a master’s degree in Economics.

He has four years experiences in Tourism Industry of Nepal as Educational/Cultural Tour guide and worked for various tour companies for their Individual Tour Guide as well as Group Tour Guide. He has spent 25 years in outdoor and experiential educational field and poses a vast array of knowledge regarding Nepalese tourism field. He has multidimensional personalities which help him to perform and serve the needs of various tour operators and tourist needs.

Sarita Karki has more than 2 years of working experience in Tourism field as a Tour operator and assistant of Customer Service Department. She is smart and very friendly. Her english is very good and very clear. She had passed her bachelor degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Nathm and running her Master degree in Nepalese History Culture and Archeology from TU. She loves travelling and had travelled lots of places within the country and has experienced and learned new things in life.
City Tour Guide – Language: Japanese
Sushila is very friendly, open, and kind person. She has more than 3 years experiences in Tourism. Her Japanese is quite good. She has also took City guide training from Nathm.
Hiking, Trekking and Yoga Tour Guide – Language: Chinese/ English/ Hindi
Uttam Ghimire has more than ten years experiences in Hiking, trekking and yoga tour Guide. He has 19 years of formal education in native and English language. He has served five years as a Yoga Instructor in China. He has won many International Yoga Competitions as well.

He has 4 years Experiences in Tourism. He is both Professional tour and trekking guide. He worked for different trek and tour companies for their Individual Tour Guide as well as Group Tour Guide. He has completed city guide training in 2021 from Nathm.

She had graduated her bachelor degree from China. Saloni stayed five years in Beijing, so her Chinese Language is also quite good and fluent. She has also took Tourists Guide Training from Nathm. Her personality is cheerful, easy-going, able to get along with new friends and have full of confidence in life. She always has been responsible , attentive and tactful. She loves making new friends, traveling and exploring nature and giving a hand to needy.

Kedar Aryal has more than six years experiences in Tourism. He is very good-natured and willing to help others. He has completed tourist guide training from Nathm as well.
