Once upon a time, Kathmandu Valley was a great lake, People can only live on the mountain around the lake. The life was very inconvenient. One day Boddhi sattva Manjushree cut a mountain in half to run the water of the lake and it became a beautiful valley. today it is known as the cities: Bhaktapur, Kathmandu and Patan.

Bhaktapur is one of the oldest city of Nepal. It lies on eastern part of Kathmandu valley which contains very valuable monuments, historical royal places of Malla king. It surrounds with Newar communites, wooden architecture, different idols and different Nepali style temple are attractions of Bhaktapur .Besides that pujari moath, datatariya temple, bhimsen temple, five story siddhi laxmi temple and talaju bhawani temple and museum are one the most visited places of Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is fully surrounded by temple rather than home.
